Collate™

Collate was our first product and was originally released in December 1998 as a full Windows based software program. An easy to use Collectors cataloguing solution, it made light work of keeping track of your Collection and producing Insurance Schedules.

We are currently working on a full Internet based version to replace the Windows program which is no longer available for purchase.

The new web based version will include all of the functionality of the orginal, plus it will enable you to use it on laptops, Mac's & PC's as well as tablets and smartphones. Wherever you are in the world.

Collate is a simple, easy to use, but fully functioned Antiques & Collectables database system. No programming knowledge is required, and only a basic knowledge of using the Interent is needed for you to be able to use Collate.

• Relational. Each object has links to multiple notes, values, reference works and photographic evidence. This minimises data storage and increases accuracy.
• Find and Sort. Easily find any object or category of objects with the in-built Find and Sort routines.

If the unfortunate happens!

• Loss or Damage. With accurate and detailed information available from Collate, insurance claim details are easily provided. In addition proof of ownership and valuations greatly assist settlement with your insurers.
• Theft. The ability to quickly provide details of stolen objects to the authorities for onward circulation greatly increases the chances of recovery. Recovered objects are also far liklier to be returned where detailed descriptions have been supplied.
